Thank you for choosing Atlanta School of Gymnastics for your child’s birthday party!  We have a great time planned for you that includes gymnastics, games, pit play, obstacle courses, and more!

Available Party Times:

Come celebrate your child’s birthday at ASG!

Sundays at 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., or 5:00 p.m. 

Party Length:

1 hour 30 minutes (1 hour on gym floor and 30 minutes in the party room)

Pricing

1-10 Gymnasts  $450.00     

11-20 Gymnasts $650.00

21-30 Gymnasts $850.00

Payment is processed at the time you book your party.  No changes can be made one week before the scheduled party date.

Party Room

ASG provides the party room with tables and chairs. You are responsible for providing decorations, tablecloths, utensils, food and drink. We have a refrigerator to keep cakes, drinks, etc. cold.

All food and drink must remain in the party room only and not in gym area. Taped decorations can only be placed on mirrored areas of the party room.

Safety Guidelines

Only the birthday party participants and instructors are allowed in the gym area. No additional parents are allowed in the gym area. The parent of the birthday child may enter the gym area to photograph/videotape the party.  For their safety, birthday party participants must be with their instructor at all times. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the gym property. A participation waiver must be filled out by each party participant prior to participating on the gym floor.

Party Attire

Wear cool, comfortable and flexible clothing that allows gymnasts to move freely.

Leotards for girls and shorts and t-shirts for the boys are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation, you must submit the request in writing via email 7 days before the start of your party to receive a refund.

No changes for the number of children 7 days before the scheduled party date.

Birthday Party Liability Waiver

All birthday party participants must complete a waiver in order to participate in a birthday party at ASG. Forms can be submitted online.
