If your child becomes ill at the gym, you will be called to come and take him/her from gymnastics. These guidelines are meant to serve the best interest of all the children in the facility.
Make Up Policy
ASG does not offer a makeup class.
Gym Closing/Holidays
Monthly Tuition is based on a four-class month. Some months have five weeks while others have only three during holidays. There is no adjustment to tuition for either of these cases. On an annual basis, they will balance each other out. When county schools close due to bad weather, please call the gym at 770-938-1212, check our Facebook page (Atlanta School of Gymnastics) or visit the website at www.atlantaschoolofgymnastics.net to verify classes will be in session.
Atlanta School of Gymnastics will close in observance of the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), Winter Break (TBA), Memorial Day, Independence Day- 4th of July.
Note: Holiday closings are subject to change if the holiday occurs on a weekend.

General Gym Rules
Upon arrival your child needs to place all their items in a cubby.
Please encourage the younger children to use the restrooms prior to class so they are not losing valuable class time.
All students must wait in the lobby to be called to class.
After your child is called to class, parents are more than welcome to stay and watch. There is a viewing area on the upper level of the gym. To reach the upper level please access the steps located close to the front door. Parents and spectators must stay in the designated waiting area. Parents should not be on the gym floor unless registered for a Mommy 'N Me class with their child.
Gymnasts should arrive for class no more than 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time unless prior arrangements have been with an instructor or the office and should be picked up promptly after the completion of their class time.
Please allow our instructors to instruct the class and your child; there is a progressive curriculum and skills for each level. Do not try to talk to your child during class. It is important for them to keep their focus and attention on the class goals. Expect repetition of various skills.

This is a smoke-free environment. Thank you in advance for not smoking on the property!
Make sure your child is dressed properly for class. (ie. leotard, short, t-shirt, tights, and/or athletic bottom). Your child needs to be able to move their arms and legs freely. No Jeans. Leotards are not required, but we do have them available to purchase.
Gymnast hair should always be pulled back securely away from their face.
For your child’s safety, please remove all jewelry. Stud earrings are allowed, no dangles.
