Tuition Policy

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $25.00 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid by the 10th. Tuition is based on an average of four (4) classes per month.

Tuition will be prorated for new students starting mid-month if they will not receive four classes in their first month. Tuition rates do not change from month to month unless a class is added or removed from the student’s schedule.

ASG does not offer credits, refunds, or make-up tuition adjustments for missed classes.

Sick Policy

For the health and safety of all students and staff, please keep your child home if they are experiencing illness. Do not bring your child to class if they have had any of the following:

Fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the last 24 hours

Chills

Sore throat

Strep throat (must be on antibiotics for at least 24 hours before returning)

A severe cold with excessive runny nose or persistent coughing

Head lice (may return only after being treated by a professional)

If your child becomes ill while at the gym, you will be contacted to pick them up. These guidelines help us maintain a healthy environment for all participants.

Make-Up Policy

ASG does not offer make-up classes. This allows us to maintain consistent student–to–coach ratios and a predictable learning environment.

Gym Closings & Holidays

Tuition is calculated based on an average of four (4) classes per month. Some months may have an additional week of classes, while others may have fewer due to holidays, weather closures, or school breaks. Over the course of the year, these variations balance out, so tuition remains the same each month.

If the gym needs to close due to inclement weather or other unexpected circumstances, updates will be posted on our Facebook page and sent out via parent email communication.

Scheduled Closures:

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Break

Winter Break

Spring Break

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Additional closures may be announced in advance.

Note: If a holiday falls on a weekend, closure dates may adjust.

Withdrawal Policy

If you wish to discontinue enrollment, a 30-day written email notice must be submitted at the beginning of the month to the front office. Tuition will continue to be billed during the 30-day notice period. If notice is not submitted, you will be responsible for the following month’s tuition.

Photo Release

During classes and events, we occasionally take photos or videos for promotional and social media use. By registering, you grant permission for your child to appear in gym marketing materials. No compensation is provided for the use of these images. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify the front office in writing.

General Gym Rules

Upon arrival, your child should place all personal belongings in a cubby.

Please have younger children use the restroom before class to avoid losing training time.

All students must wait in the lobby until an instructor brings them into class.

Families are welcome to watch from the designated viewing area located on the upper level of the gym. To access this area, please use the stairs near the front door. All parents and spectators must remain in the viewing area during classes.

Once class has finished, students will be escorted back to the lobby for pick-up. To ensure safety, please come inside to meet your child.

Gymnasts should arrive no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled class unless previously arranged.

Please allow instructors to teach without interruption. Avoid signaling, calling out, or distracting your child during class. This helps students stay focused and confident.

No food, gum, or drinks are allowed inside the gym area. Snacks may be eaten in the lobby.

Running, climbing, tumbling, or play in the lobby or hallways is not permitted for safety reasons.

Children must remain with a parent or guardian before and after class. We are not able to supervise unsupervised siblings.

Please do not allow children to play on equipment or enter the gym floor unless instructed by a coach.

Shoes are to be removed before stepping onto the gym floor.

Dress Code

Gymnasts should wear fitted athletic clothing (leotard, fitted t-shirt, or tank top and shorts/leggings). Clothing should allow free movement.

Loose clothing, skirts, or restrictive outfits are not permitted for safety.

Hair must be pulled back securely away from the face.

No jewelry should be worn. Small stud earrings are allowed; no dangling earrings or necklaces.

Personal Items

We recommend leaving valuables at home. ASG is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Pick-Up

Parents must come inside to pick up their child at the end of class.

For safety reasons, children may not wait outside the building unattended.
