Our Boys Tumbling & Strength Training class is designed to help boys develop power, coordination, agility, and overall athletic strength in a high-energy and supportive environment. Athletes focus on tumbling skills on floor and tumble track while building the strength and conditioning needed for athletic performance.

This class incorporates bodyweight strength training, core development, flexibility, and coordination drills, along with tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, and back handspring progressions depending on the athlete’s level.

The program emphasizes confidence, discipline, and physical fitness, while giving boys a fun and structured outlet to build strength and develop athletic skills that benefit many sports. 💪🤸‍♂️
