Camp Checklist

(What to bring to Camp)

• Snack

• Comfortable Clothing - Leotards are not required. Campers don’t wear shoes in the gym.

• Change of clothes (optional for 5-6 years old)

Camp Policies

• We can’t accept drop ins the day of camp as we need to ensure that the appropriate amount of staff is available for the number of kids enrolled in camp.

• Camp deposit per child per session is due at the time of registration in order to secure your camper’s spot in camp. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. Camp balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the start of camp.

• Cancellations received within two weeks of session start date forfeit full tuition. Cancellations due to personal reasons, etc will not receive a refund.

• Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to the camp session start date require a physician’s written verificaiton. Upon receipt of verification, we will issue a refund excluding the non-refundable or transferable deposit. Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing. Email is acceptable. Refunds if applicable will be issued in the form of a check within 30 days.

• Please do not send electronic devices such as cell phones, iPad, iPod, etc. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• If your camper has any food allergies, please include this information on the camp registration form, and inform the front desk.

• You will need to notify the front desk if someone other than a parent will pick up your camper.
